The procurement is an advanced equipment package purchase for the replacement of multiple non-operational boilers and pump equipment. The equipment should be delivered to Escambia County Facilities Management. The design for this project is based on AERCO BENCHMARK 3000 Low NOx Boilers and BELL & GOSSETT E-1510 Pumps. The boiler equipment will include a 10-Year Heat Exchanger warranty, Lifetime Thermal Shock warranty, Five-Year Burner warranty, Two-Year Edge Controller warranty, and an 18-month Parts Warranty. Key features of the boiler equipment include: • Furnish, deliver and start-up services for each piece of equipment as described in detailed specifications • Start-up services will be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and include all testing, adjusting and balancing by the equipment manufacturer or manufacturer-certified technician • The AERCO Boiler equipment shall be furnished in compliance with all applicable Codes and Standards for natural gas-fired boilers • The boiler equipment will be capable of achieving Low NOx emissions of 20 ppm at all firing rates • The boiler equipment for this new plant will have built-in (Factory Installed) Boiler Sequencing Technology (BST)
