Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide refurbished uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries. The contractor should read all materials carefully and note the due date. The contractor must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. The university may reject proposals that fail to comply with the requirements of the RFP/RFQ documents. • The contractor must identify all parties involved in the performance of the contract. • The contractor must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFP/RFQ documents. • A representative of the contractor who is authorized to agree to the terms in the RFP/RFQ documents must sign the proposal. • The contractor is responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal. • The university may waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in proposals if such waiver does not substantially change the offer or provide a competitive advantage to any contractor.
