The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking a research consultant to assist with developing a needs assessment survey, evaluating the data, and creating an action plan to address gaps or deficits identified in the survey. The consultant should have expert-level knowledge of social science research and significant experience with community needs assessments for municipalities and other agencies. The consultant will be responsible for translating research into a tangible and realistic action plan and assisting in developing communication documents for the results and the action plan to stakeholders and the public.
