Budget Estimate (AI):

$5,000,000 – $20,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope and complexity of the work. Given that the project involves IT modernization, software development, and data migration, the cost is likely to be substantial. Assuming a multi-year contract with multiple phases, the total contract value could be in the range of $5 million to $20 million. This estimate is based on industry benchmarks for similar projects and takes into account the need for human-centered design, agile development, and transition planning. The actual budget will depend on the contractor's pricing, the State's budget, and the specific requirements of the project.
