The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to provide enrollment assistance and consumer support services as part of the Connector Entity Program. The selected Connector Entities will serve as Prime Entities and will be responsible for submitting grant applications, signing a Connector Entity agreement, and directing and reporting on program activities.
