Budget Estimate (AI):

$250,000 – $425,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the requirements for the contractor. The City of Raleigh encourages participation of MWBE businesses in the project, and the prime contractor will be required to identify participation of MWBE businesses in their bid. The City's goal is to contract or sub-contract 15% of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000. Assuming the project cost is around $300,000 to $500,000, the budget for the contractor can be estimated to be in the range of $250,000 to $425,000, considering the 5% bid security and the potential participation of MWBE businesses.
