Description:
The Department of Safety, Division of Administration, Bureau of Facilities Management is seeking a qualified vendor to grade the driveway and excavate an electrical trench at 108 Clinton St, Concord NH. The work includes grading the driveway from the road to the fenced area, excavating an electrical trench, and backfilling the conduit with clean sand and existing materials. The vendor must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application and Alternate W-9 Form on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. The contract will be awarded to the vendor meeting all terms and conditions of this RFB and providing the lowest total cost. • The driveway grading/repair includes providing crushed gravel/reclaim for driveway grading and sub-grading the edges of the driveway using existing materials. • The electrical trench excavation includes excavating ~300 ft of electrical trench at 36” deep for electrical conduit and backfilling the conduit with clean sand and existing materials. • The vendor must have a certificate of good standing from NH Secretary of State, a certificate of authority/vote, and a certificate of liability insurance. • The vendor must be registered as a NH vendor with a NH vendor identification number. • The contract will be for a period of 90 days from the date of contract approval by Governor and Executive Council.
