The City of Concord is seeking a concessionaire to operate and manage two concession stands at Willow Pass Community Park. The selected contractor will be required to operate the concession stands according to the terms and conditions outlined in the Scope of Services. The concession stands will provide food, beverages, and merchandise to park users. The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment, staffing, and maintaining the concession stands. The city prefers to contract with one operator for both concession stands, but may consider separate contracts for each stand. The contract term will be for 3-6 months, with options to renew for two one-year periods. • The concession stands are located at Willow Pass Community Park, 2748 E Olivera Rd, Concord, CA 94519-2062. • The concession stands will be open 4-7 days a week, from March to mid-November, and will be subject to the schedules of sports leagues and tournament games. • The contractor will be required to obtain necessary licenses and permits, including a business license and health department permits. • The contractor will be responsible for paying all utilities, including garbage, electricity, and gas. • The contractor will be required to maintain insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
