REQUEST FOR BID - Adirondack Railway Preservation Society, Inc., invites submission of bids for security services, for the Adirondack Railroad located at 330 Main Street, Suite 102, Utica, NY 13501. Bids for this work will be received until 12:00 pm on May 15, 2026 at the railroad’s General Offices located at 330 Main Street, Suite 102, Utica, NY 13501, at which time they will be open and read aloud. The services will consist of on-site patrols, incident reporting and responding to potential security threats/issues. Bidding documents may be obtained at the railroad’s General Offices located at 330 Main Street, Suite 102, Utica, NY 13501. The Adirondack Railway Preservation Society, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs. Bidding shall be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Bond of 5% of bid shall accompany each bid. Bids will be binding for 45 days from bid opening.
