The Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking a qualified MHIC Licensed Contractor to provide commercial carpentry services on an on-call/as-needed basis at three locations in Anne Arundel County: the District-5 Annapolis Maintenance Shop, the MD-32 Odenton Salt Dome Satellite Facility, and the Tracy's Landing Salt Dome Satellite Facility. The services provided must be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. The contract duration is thirty-six months, with an option for an additional one-year extension at the discretion of the Administration. • The contractor must be a certified small business vendor. • The contractor must comply with the State's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy. • The contractor must provide on-call carpentry services as needed. • The contractor must have a valid MHIC license. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
