The State of Illinois, Department of Corrections, is soliciting bids for the provision of hand soap cartridges, hand sanitizer cartridges, and dispensers. The required items include Anti-bacterial foam wash with triclosan, AgroBac Foam wash, Instant Foam Non-alcohol-based hand sanitizer, and Broad Spectrum Foaming Alcohol Hand Sanitizer, as well as soap dispensers. The successful bidder will be required to provide these items in accordance with the specifications and quantities outlined in the bid solicitation. • The bid solicitation includes five items: Anti-bacterial foam wash, AgroBac Foam wash, Instant Foam Non-alcohol-based hand sanitizer, Broad Spectrum Foaming Alcohol Hand Sanitizer, and soap dispensers. • The required quantities for each item are: 1,500 cases of Anti-bacterial foam wash, 500 cases of AgroBac Foam wash, 500 each of Instant Foam Non-alcohol-based hand sanitizer and Broad Spectrum Foaming Alcohol Hand Sanitizer, and 500 soap dispensers. • The successful bidder will be required to deliver the items to the Illinois Department of Corrections, Central Office Purchasing, located at 100 Stringer Avenue, Lincoln, IL 62656. • The bid solicitation includes a BEP/VBP participation goal of 3.00% for the contract.
