The University of South Florida is seeking a Construction Manager for pre-construction and construction services for two buildings: the Bellini College of AI, Cybersecurity, and Computing, and the Muma College of Business. The project consists of one building of approximately 80,000 – 110,000 GSF new construction, located on USF’s Tampa campus, and is anticipated to include teaching and research labs, classrooms, and space for growing college programs. The estimated construction budget for each project is $40 - $65 million including site related work.
