The Miami Parking Authority is seeking proposals from experienced and capable parties to provide Valet Parking Services at the Public Health Trust a/k/a Jackson Health System. The selected operator will manage the valet services, collect and retain all revenues, pay all operating expenses, and charge rates approved by the Public Health Trust. The services will be provided at three locations: Jackson Memorial Medical Campus/Diagnostic Treatment Center, Jackson Memorial Medical Campus/Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center, and Jackson Memorial Medical Campus/Emergency Room Entrance. The contract term is for three years with two optional one-year extensions. • The selected operator will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to operate the valet services. • The operator will be required to maintain the valet areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. • The operator will be responsible for collecting and processing payments from customers. • The operator will be required to provide periodic reports and audits to the Miami Parking Authority. • The operator will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The operator will be required to obtain and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance.
