Description:
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a contractor to provide a Global Nurse Advice Line - Next Generation (GNAL-NG) service. The service will provide telehealth registered nurses for triage services, self-care advice, and general health inquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor will also provide customer service and care coordination services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend. • The contractor will be required to provide access to telehealth registered nurses for triage services, self-care advice, and general health inquiries. • The contractor will be required to provide customer service and care coordination services, including provider locator support and customized MTF transfers. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and security of patient information. • The contractor will be required to provide a mitigation plan to address any potential organizational conflicts of interest.
