The City of Fontana is seeking a design consultant to provide design services for the development of plans, specifications, and estimates for the construction of pickleball courts at Seville Park. The project includes the installation of four or more pickleball courts, grading, paving, ADA compliant walkways, landscape modifications, fencing, shade structures, lighting improvements, and street improvements. The selected design consultant will be responsible for the preliminary review of the site, design, and construction plans. The project is expected to commence in May 2025 and be completed within 90 days. • The design consultant will be responsible for the design of grading, paving, ADA compliant walkways, landscape modifications, pickleball court construction, fencing, shade structures, lighting improvements, and street improvements. • The consultant will also be responsible for the preparation of a Topographic Map, Survey Control Plan, and a Composite Utility Plan. • The project includes the installation of four or more pickleball courts and the demolition of an existing amphitheater structure. • The design consultant will be required to utilize the City's Public Records Portal to research record drawings for the project location. • The consultant will be responsible for coordinating with City staff and stakeholders, including the Public Works Department and the Community Services Department.
