Description:
The Massachusetts National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office (MANG P&C) is seeking market information on vendors capable of providing raw perishable and non-perishable food for meal preparation by MANG cooking personnel. The requirement is for food items to be delivered to Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, for Annual Training from July 27, 2025, to August 8, 2025. The approximate headcount for personnel is 225 per meal. • The food items required include milk, juice, coffee, eggs, potato, meat, bread, pancakes, French toast, waffles, spices, and condiments for breakfast, and a starch, vegetable, meat, juice, milk, coffee, and condiments for dinner. • Delivery of requested items will tentatively occur on July 25, 28, 30, and August 1, 4, 6, 2025, at Fort Indiantown Gap. • Vendors are encouraged to submit a response to this Sources Sought announcement, including company name, Cage Code/UEI, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address.
