Description:
The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission is seeking a contractor to provide training to excavators, contractors, landscapers, facility operators, public works employees, and anyone else who may work around pipelines and underground utilities. The training should focus on damage prevention, best practices related to excavation, and a comprehensive overview of the Underground Utilities law. The contractor will be required to teach 10 separate one-day education programs in 10 different areas of the state and provide online training in both English and Spanish.
