The Prince George's County Public Schools is seeking bids for the delivery and installation of vape detectors. The contract will be for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be required to provide a vape detection solution that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements specified in the solicitation. The solution must include real-time detection of vaping activity, environmental monitoring features, cloud-based alerting and reporting, and integration capability with existing security platforms. The contractor will also be required to provide training and documentation to designated school staff. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing similar services. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the detectors/sensors proposed. • The contractor must provide proof of authorization with its bid. • The contractor must provide a qualifications statement detailing its experience and qualifications. • The contractor must have a minimum of three references of similar work within the past three years.
