Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace the Cardiac Cath Lab at the Washington DC VAMC. The project involves the installation of a ceiling mounted patient lift system, which must meet specific requirements and standards, including ISO 10535 and UL 60601-1. The system must have a lifting capacity of 750-1200 lbs, electronic soft-start and soft-stop motor control, emergency lowering and stopping devices, and a current limiter for circuit protection.
