The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a contractor to provide "As-Needed" Plumbing Maintenance Services and Repairs for the EDD facility located at 645 Salem Street, Chico, CA 95928. The contractor will be required to provide inspections, consultations, and repairs as needed, and must have a valid C-36 State Contractor's License. The contract term is expected to be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. • The contractor must have experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs • The contractor must be able to provide emergency repairs • The contractor must be able to identify and report safety hazards • The contractor must comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures • The contractor must have a valid C-36 State Contractor's License
