The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Engineering Design Consultant Services for the projects listed in the RFQ. The scope of services includes development of environmental documents, preliminary construction plans, roadway plans, signing and marking plans, lighting plans, utility plans, and final construction plans. The selected consultant will also provide construction services. The project involves constructing a roundabout at the intersection of SR 82 at SR 330 and a roundabout and right-in/right-out (RIRO) at the intersection of SR 1/US 27 @ SR 6. • The consultant must be prequalified in the required area classes, including Two-Lane or Multi-lane Rural Roadway Design and Two-Lane or Multi-lane Urban Roadway Design. • The consultant must provide a detailed breakdown of the proposed DBE Commitment and a signed and dated DBE Participation Statement for each certified DBE firm. • The consultant must have experience with GDOT-specific processes, manuals, and guidance, including the Plan Development Process (PDP) and Environmental Procedures Manual. • The consultant must provide a narrative describing the team's organization, including the Project Manager and Key Team Leaders, and how they will support project delivery on schedule. • The consultant must provide a list of all projects the Project Manager and Key Team Leaders are currently committed to, including the project description, current phase, and monthly hours committed.
