The City of Riverdale Municipal Court is seeking a vendor to provide and implement advanced digital, computer-based audio and video recording equipment and software for its courtroom/council chamber. The primary objectives for this initiative are to upgrade the Court’s digital recording capabilities and to expand accessibility to the digital record for the judiciary, court personnel, the legal community, and the public. The desired solution should provide a comprehensive solution that ensures the Court's needs are fully met, including features such as scalability and flexibility, high-quality audio recording, user-friendly interface, remote access and cloud integration, automated transcription integration, search and retrieval functionality, security and compliance, redaction capabilities, maintenance and support services, and training and documentation. • The solution should be compatible with the Court’s current operating system (Windows 11) and any upgraded Windows-based operating systems. • The solution should provide controls in the courtroom for starting and stopping the digital recording system. • The solution should allow court staff to listen to proceedings in real-time as well as replay captured recordings remotely. • The solution should provide real-time archiving recordings in digital format. • The solution should provide a visual and/or audible warning in the courtroom in the event of a microphone failure or an unintended stoppage of the recording system. The vendor should identify the qualifications they bring to this project, including their experience in implementing and maintaining a courtroom digital recording system. The vendor should also provide a detailed description of their project management plan, including risk management, GAP analysis, design and configuration activities, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
