The Atlanta Independent School System is seeking a vendor to provide Group Critical Illness Insurance to its employees. The contract will be for one year with four optional one-year renewals. The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing critical illness insurance and must provide a range of benefits, including no waiting period, waiver of premium, portability, and a minimum benefit of $5,000. The vendor will be responsible for providing quarterly updates on eligibility and claims data, as well as providing assistance with new employee meetings and wellness programs.
