The City of Santa Clara is seeking a qualified contractor to provide foot traffic data and analytics software to support the strategic planning and operational efficiency of the Department of Parks and Recreation. The software should be able to collect and store data, anonymize and disclose the data to software end users, analyze anonymized data to obtain customer insights, and provide a user-friendly interface. The contractor should have at least five years of experience hosting and maintaining data collection and analytics software. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to extend for up to four additional terms. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed description of the software, including its technical capabilities and user interface. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost breakdown detailing the cost of continuous access and ongoing support for the software. • The contractor will be required to provide a statement outlining their concurrence or concerns with the provisions of the Exemplar Agreement. • The contractor will be required to provide three references for which their company has provided services similar in size and scope as described in the RFQ.
