The City of Austin is seeking a Broker of Record to provide consultation, implementation, and administration for the City's latest Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP) efforts, specifically for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport's (AUS) Expansion and Redevelopment Program. The selected broker will be responsible for placing all insurance coverages with insurance carriers licensed to do business in the State of Texas and having an A.M. Best rating of A- VIII or better. The scope of work includes providing insurance design and marketing, binding insurance coverage, administering the program, managing claims, and providing reports and records. Key responsibilities include: * Providing insurance design and marketing services * Binding insurance coverage upon direction from the City/AUS * Administering the ROCIP AUS program, including enrolling contractors and managing claims * Providing monthly and net cost savings reports * Facilitating and documenting annual summaries of all program invoices and payments * Providing a close-out report after the program is fully closed The City is looking for a responsible and experienced broker who can provide high-quality services and ensure the success of the ROCIP AUS program.
