The City of Flagstaff is seeking proposals to provide enhanced services within Downtown Flagstaff, including sanitation, maintenance, beautification, and special project implementation. The services include graffiti removal, excrement removal, pressure washing, weed removal, restroom cleaning and servicing, and snow and cinder removal. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services or subcontracting with another entity to provide the services under its management. The city has identified funding for these services, but due to a lack of capacity, it is seeking to work with a contractor to provide the services. • Sanitation services: graffiti removal, excrement removal, pressure washing, weed removal, restroom cleaning and servicing • Snow and cinder removal services: snow and ice removal, cinder removal • General event services: post-event cleanup • Dedicated programs and clean team: clean team ambassador program, painting the downtown green program, enhanced downtown programming The contractor will be required to provide a proposal that includes company and individual qualifications, experience, and expertise, presented approach, proposed fee, and sustainability. The city will evaluate the proposals based on the proposer's ability to meet the performance requirements and scope of work.
