Budget Estimate (AI):

$150,000 – $350,000

The project involves hardware procurement (controllers, readers, locks), 200 access cards, cloud SaaS licensing, installation labor for 12 doors, removal of legacy equipment, and at least 8 hours of on‑site training. Assuming an average hardware cost of $1,200 per door point, $50 per card, $30,000 for cloud licensing (first year), $75,000 for installation labor, and $15,000 for training and documentation, total bid amounts could range from roughly $150,000 for a low‑cost vendor to $350,000 for a premium solution with higher‑end hardware and extensive support.
