The Washington County is seeking bids for the 2026 URMD/Road Fund Slurry Seal project. The project involves implementing traffic control, vegetation trimming, crack sealing, and slurry seal operations for Washington County's Urban Road Maintenance District (U.R.M.D.) as well as roads funded by the County's Road Fund. The contractor must be ODOT prequalified for ACP services. • The estimated expense for this contract will be $1,750,000-$2,200,000. • Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submitting bids. • ODOT Pre-qualification is required for this solicitation. • Contractor will demonstrate that an employee drug and alcohol testing program is in place and that employees who are engaged in the construction, reconstruction or maintenance of a project have tested negative for drugs and alcohol or have entered a rehabilitation program.
