Description:
The City of Manzanita is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors for construction services for the construction of a waterline expansion, storm water system, retaining wall, pedestrian pathway, paving, and traffic calming measures along Classic Street. The project is referred to as the Manzanita Classic Street Connection. Key aspects of the project include: • Waterline expansion • Storm water system • Retaining wall • Pedestrian pathway • Paving and traffic calming measures The City's objective is to enter into a Construction Contract with a qualified GC that will provide these services. The successful proposer will be required to sign a Construction Contract with the City, which is a public works agreement subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
