The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking sources for the modification of the Advanced Synthetic Aperture Sonar Imaging eNgine (ASASIN) software, which is proprietary to Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratories (PSU ARL). The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to comply with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d) posting requirement. • The contract is intended to be a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract. • The contract will be for the modification of the ASASIN software. • The NSWC PCD intends to award the contract to PSU ARL. • The notice is not a request for proposals.
