The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Omnicell Inc for preventative maintenance services for Omnicell Equipment for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. The contract will include ongoing maintenance, repair, replacement parts, software upgrades/updates, and access to Omnicell engineers in the Technical Assistance Center. The scope of work also includes 24/7 telephone support coverage, on-site support coverage, and remote diagnostic capabilities.
