The Aurora Housing Authority is seeking a development consultant to lead the design-build renovation of the Residences at Trolley Park, a 38-unit apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado. The consultant will be responsible for managing the construction process, selecting contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The consultant will also provide financial advisory services, including developing a proforma for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funds and managing the LIHTC application process.
