The Kenosha County Purchasing Division is seeking bids to replace the existing carwash equipment at the Public Safety Building. The project involves removing the current Ryko ULTRASONIC 2001 OHD carwash system and installing a new WashWorld Razor XR7 touchless carwash system, or an equal quality system. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, including plumbing and electrical work, and integrate the new carwash system with the existing Security Expert HID card reader system. The contractor must also provide training on operation and maintenance tasks after installation. • The carwash system must have basic wash features, including undercarriage wash, single pass wash cycle, rinse cycle, and spot-free rinse cycle. • The carwash system must have deluxe wash features, including undercarriage wash, double pass wash cycle, rinse cycle, and spot-free rinse cycle. • The contractor must repurpose and reuse the current water softener and reverse osmosis filtering system equipment as part of the base bid installation of the new carwash system. • The contractor must provide LED in-bay stop/drive forward/backup instruction signs with optical sensors. • The contractor must provide training on operation and maintenance tasks after installation.
