Description:
The project consists of all necessary work to provide Electronic Monitoring Service equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for adult male and female participants referred by Macomb County Community Corrections. The minimum services to be delivered include global positioning satellite tether and electronic alcohol monitoring. Key points to consider: • The contract will be for the provision of Electronic Monitoring Services, including GPS tracking and electronic alcohol monitoring. • The services will be provided to adult male and female participants referred by Macomb County Community Corrections. • The contract will require the provider to have staff available during designated times, with installs and removals available 7 days a week and some evening hours. • The provider will be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, with the participant being responsible for the cost of replacement. • The contract will include both County-pay and offender-pay cases, with approximately 20% of participants paying for their enrollment and monitoring and 80% being funded by Community Corrections.
