The Air Force Services Center (AFSVC) is seeking a contractor to provide Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) services to support the Air Force Services Financial Management System (AFSFMS). The contractor will be responsible for replacing legacy systems, integrating new Oracle EBS modules, and enhancing existing EBS modules. The scope of work includes configuration, implementation, and DBA support for various modules, such as Treasury Management, Cash Management, Project Management, and Procurement. The contractor will also be responsible for migrating legacy data, providing training, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data governance requirements. Deliverables include analysis of existing processes, project plans, implementation plans, and configuration documents. • The contractor must have experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud development. • The contractor must have expertise in line of accounting (LOA) implementation and Oracle EBS core financial accounting. • The contractor must be able to provide configuration, integration, and implementation services for various Oracle EBS modules. • The contractor must be able to migrate legacy data and provide training to AFSVC personnel. • The contractor must ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data governance requirements.
