The Town of Castleton is seeking bids for the construction of the Depot Terrace Sewer Installation, Contract No. 1. The project includes the installation of approximately 935 LF of 3” HDPE force main, a precast concrete grinder pump station, surface restoration, and all other necessary appurtenances to connect Brown’s Auto Salvage to the Town of Castleton’s Municipal Sewer System on Blissville Road. The bid documents can be obtained from the Issuing Office, Blueprints, Etc, at a non-refundable cost of $150.00 for each set, plus shipping. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on August 22nd, 2025, at the Castleton Town Office. • The project is funded using Town funds. • Bid Security, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond are required. • Bids shall be sent electronically by 1:00 PM, September 5th, 2025. • The project includes surface restoration and other necessary appurtenances. • The bid documents can be examined at the Town of Castleton Town Office and on the website of Aldrich + Elliott, PC.
