The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is requesting bids to establish a blanket purchase order for the procurement of coffee to be delivered to multiple locations. The blanket purchase order agreements are to be effective from the date of award through August 31, 2026. The TDCJ is seeking bids for coffee that meets specific requirements, including being regular, ground, roasted, medium roast, and a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans. The coffee must also be packaged in 50-pound boxes with food-grade poly bags and have preparation instructions clearly printed on each box. • The TDCJ reserves the right to increase or decrease the blanket purchase order. • The TDCJ reserves the right to cancel this contract without cause with a 30-day written notice to the vendor. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically or by hard copy. • Bidders must provide a point of contact for their bid response. • The TDCJ may request samples prior to award for evaluation purposes.
