The Contra Costa County Department of Conservation and Development, Building Inspection Division is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide boarding up of structures, fence installation, and graffiti removal services. The initial term of the contract will be for one year with the possibility of two successive one-year renewals. The contractor will be required to obtain a Board Up permit, board up structures, install chain link fencing, and cover graffiti areas. The contractor must have a California C-13 (Fencing Contractor) Contractor’s License, California C-33 (Painting and Decorating Contractor) Contractor’s License, and a C-61 (Construction Cleanup Contractor) Contractor’s License. • The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing products and services for projects of similar size and scope. • The contractor must have all necessary equipment, machinery, materials, and tools to provide the required services. • The contractor must have Federal, State, and County licenses. • The contractor must have Workers' Compensation Insurance, Professional Liability Insurance, and Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. • The contractor must provide a detailed price proposal for the initial one-year term. • The contractor must submit a Statement of Experience, Price Proposal, Customer References, Anti-Collusion Statement, and Contra Costa County Business Opportunity Registration Form.
