The LSUHSC New Orleans is seeking bids for a Microbiology Analyzer. The analyzer should be able to automate the reading and interpretation of clinical microbiology tests and QC from various manufacturers. The system should be customizable with optional software modules and be compatible with Windows 11. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • The contract term cannot exceed 60 months, with the option to extend for 4 additional 12-month periods. • The contractor must provide a digital record of test results and high-resolution images. • The contractor must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights and cybersecurity. • The contractor must provide an LIS interface, bar code reading, and touch-screen entry on a 24-inch monitor. • The contractor must be in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
