Description:
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to perform remedial excavation at the Snedicor's Cleaners site, located at 220 S. Michigan Avenue, Howell, Michigan. The project involves obtaining necessary permits, mobilization, pre-demolition engineering survey, asbestos abatement, removal of hazardous materials, demolition of the building, and excavation of contaminated soil. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond.
