The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a contractor to provide managed support for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), within a CDCR-hosted environment. The contractor will be responsible for providing support services to ensure the continued operation and maintenance of the IIQ system. The scope of work includes providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to ensure the system is functioning correctly and efficiently. The contractor will also be required to provide documentation and reporting as needed. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend or modify the contract as needed.
