The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a Universal Shielding Corp test chamber. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price basis, and the period of performance is from 13 August 2025 to 12 August 2026. The government intends to purchase the test chamber on a sole source basis from Universal Shielding Corp, as they are the only source capable of performing the required tasking. • The test chamber is for RF Attenuation and RF venting. • The government's preferred method of payment is via credit card, but Electronic Payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) may be used if a surcharge is applicable. • The offeror must provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government's unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. • Active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to award. • Quotes and all attachments must be readable by Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat.
