The CUNY City College of New York is seeking construction services to improve ADA access through the existing Wingate Hall building. The work includes installation of a new elevator, modifications to corridors, existing bathrooms, construction of a new entrance with an ADA ramp, fire alarm work, and other related MEP work. The estimated range for the project is between $6.2M and $6.8M.
