The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is procuring Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for state buildings and grounds. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform IPM services in accordance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. The contract term is expected to be three years. The contractor must meet minimum requirements, including licenses, insurance, and references.
