The Town of Garysburg is seeking a qualified firm to provide design, bidding, and construction administration services for the development of Fig and Poplar Park. The project includes the construction of parking, fixed concrete games, playground, splash pad, updated restrooms, picnic shelters with grilles, asphalt sidewalk connections, and an all-inclusive playground. The selected firm will be responsible for providing traditional basic architectural and engineering services, including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical engineering services. • The project requires a North Carolina Architectural and/or Engineering License. • The Town of Garysburg intends to pay for the project using grant(s) awarded after September 2026. • The project will be evaluated based on the firm's experience, project team, relevant project experience, and project management approach. • The Town of Garysburg reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to award the contract to the best-qualified firm.
