Description:
The Space Systems Command (SSC) is conducting market research to respond to a Letter of Request (LOR) from the Canada Department of National Defence (CAN DND) for a potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) opportunity. The CAN DND is seeking a Space Command and Control (C2) capability that can integrate seamlessly into the broader Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and allied operational environment. The desired system should be able to ingest, fuse, and share data across multiple domains and classification levels, and provide situational awareness to enhance decision support for commanders. Key features of the system include: • Ingestion, storage, tagging, and processing of data from Canadian, allied, and commercial sources • Fusion, exploitation, and dissemination of data across classification levels up to and including TS//SCI//TK • Applications and tools, including visualization, collaboration, mission planning, threat evaluation, and space mission assurance • Automation and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) to improve workflow efficiency and accelerate decision-making • Resiliency under non-permissive conditions, including cyber attack, adversary interference, or loss of allied/commercial data sources • Scalability and flexibility to incorporate new data sources, emerging mission needs, and evolving software applications • Lifecycle supportability for at least ten (10) years of continuous operation
