The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed glass and door repair and replacement services at El Paso State Supported Living Center. The required services include maintenance, inspection, repair, replacement, and testing of building and door windows. The contractor shall provide a temporary replacement of approved material to seal a window in the event a window is damaged and cannot be repaired within 24 hours of request. The contractor shall also provide an itemized pricing estimate for each service request prior to performing any work, except during an emergency. • The contract term is 12 months, with the option to extend. • The contractor shall perform services Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Mountain Time). • The contractor shall respond to all service calls within four hours of HHS Agency request. • The contractor shall provide optimum efficiency and safety of window replacement. • The contractor shall guarantee all work against defects in workmanship and shall satisfactorily correct any such defects that become apparent within a period of one year after completion of work.
