The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a provider to conduct a Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis for the six regions of the department, and to work with the DCF's Training Team to develop and deliver an Annual Training Plan for Workforce Leadership Development and Behavioral Outcomes. The provider will deliver trainings, coaching sessions, and consulting services to enhance the skills of Program Administrators (PAs), Operations Managers (OMs), and other leaders within the Office of Child and Family Well-Being. The training program will focus on leadership development, cultural transformation, effective communication, and relationship building. The provider will also develop a comprehensive Development Plan for each region, addressing identified needs and outlining critical steps to achieve project goals and objectives. • The provider will conduct a Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis to identify training needs and gaps in operational procedures. • The provider will develop a tailored Training Plan for each region, including a Development Plan and a timeline for implementation. • The provider will deliver trainings, coaching sessions, and consulting services to PAs, OMs, and other leaders. • The provider will evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and provide recommendations for improvement. • The provider will collaborate with the DCF's Training Team to develop training materials, coaching procedures, and training assessment forms.
