The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive support services for its Job Order Contracting (JOC) program. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining customized Unit Price Books, providing timely updates to reflect market conditions, and providing and supporting a JOC project management software database. The consultant will also provide ongoing support for the County's established JOC program, including construction management services such as scope development, project oversight, and review of JOC contractors' price proposals.
