The Florida Department of Commerce is seeking a vendor to provide analysis and discovery, architect services, and implementation services of a modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The solution should facilitate Commerce's Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes for staff, partner, and otherwise privileged user accounts. The scope of work includes improving visibility into identities and access privileges, implementing necessary controls to prevent inappropriate or risky access, automating processes to save time, and allowing employees to work from anywhere. The vendor should provide a detailed description of assessing the current IGA and PAM processes and infrastructure, demonstrate a technical understanding of Commerce's requirements, and explain the methodology for evaluating and recommending an IGA and PAM solution. Key features of the solution include: • Centralized policies and automated processes to lower operational costs • Scalable identity lifecycle management through automation and centralized policy enforcement • Employee onboarding and offboarding automation • Control over IT resources such as users, devices, and networks • Monitoring and management of user access for both on-premises and cloud-based systems The evaluation criteria include technical response submittal, past performance/references, and cost proposal. The contract period is expected to begin on January 5, 2026, and remain in effect for six months.
